Past President's Luncheon

The Past President's luncheon is held annually in December to honor the Club's immediate Past President, as well as all of the former Club presidents, for their hard work and dedication to the Fort Worth/Tarrant County A&M Club.

Guest speaker: Dr. William Stackman
Director of Student Activities at Texas A&M University

Please join us to hear Dr. Stackman discuss his recent appointment as the Director of Student Activities, his roles and responsibilities, as well as the type of student activities and leadership development currently taking place at Texas A&M.

We will also vote on the proposed 2008 slate of officers.

Biography

Dr. William Stackman, former Dean of Students at Rhodes College, was appointed Director of Student Activities at Texas A&M in May of 2007.

Prior to joining the Rhodes administration, Stackman was the interim Dean of Students and the Associate Dean of Students at Oberlin College. He has 23 years of experience in directing student activities, student and staff development, campus involvement, and program management at institutions that include Tufts University, Temple University, and the University of Illinois.

Stackman has a Doctorate of Education Degree in Administration, Training and Policy studies from Boston University; M.A. degree in Education Administration from West Virginia University; M.S. degree in Parks and Recreation Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia; and a B.A. degree in Parks and Recreation Administration from the University of Kentucky.
