We are currently seeking silent auction donations and sponsors for the 37th Annual Coach’s Night on Thursday, July 29, 2010, at the River Ranch located at 500 Northeast 23rd Street, Fort Worth, TX 76164-8219. If you wish to donate an item to our silent auction or be a corporate sponsor the event, you can do the following:

Pickup of Donations:
For an item(s) that cannot be mailed, please call Matthew Barrier at 214-448-6382 or mwblegal@gmail.com so that arrangements can me made for a committee member to pick up your donation.
Deadline for Donations:
Items must be received by Friday, July 16, 2010, to be included in the event program.>/p>
Promotional Items:
Do not forget to include any promotional items you would like to have displayed along side your donated item(s) at the Silent Auction.

You and your friends can go in as a group and put together a basket of Aggie sports items, Aggie Mom/Dad items, Aggie golf items, Aggie baby items, or even donate your airline miles or time shares. Listed below is a sample of donated items for this year’s silent auction:

- Weekend Stay for 2 at an Omni Hotel
- Vintage A&M Sports Memorabilia
- Autographed mini-helmets, photos, posters and footballs by current and former Texas A&M Athletes
- Tailgating Party for the A&M vs. Arkansas football game provided by Stadium Parking

Coach’s Night Volunteers Needed:
For silent auction volunteer information for this year’s Coach’s Night please contact Emily Scott at emjorscott@gmail.com. We need volunteers for silent auction setup, silent auction table oversight, silent auction item pickup and solicitation, and silent auction cleanup.
This event could not be held without the help of our wonderful volunteers. WHOOP!!!
